Phoebe was the agent for the vendor that we recently purchased our new home from. We had sold our house 6 months earlier and had been struggling to find something and when we saw this house we knew it was the one for us, despite it not yet being officially on the market. Phoebe was fantastic in making herself available so that we could inspect the house (twice in 2 days!) and also facilitating us in communicating with the owner to make an early offer and negotiate a selling price. After our offer was accepted and over many weeks through to exchange and settlement, phoebe was always on hand to answer questions, get information from the owner, and do absolutely anything to help us out. She was always extremely responsive and went completely out of her way to make sure we got what we needed.
