The team approach of Troy and Phyllis was excellent supported by the team back in the office. Back in July 2019 we approached Troy and Phyllis to assist us in the sale of our property, We signed an agency agreement for a sale in September however shortly after signing the property we were to buy was substantially delayed and we could not proceed. No complaints only encouragement from the team! By mid June 2020 we realised that we would never complete on the property we had under contract and found another. About July 1 we were ready to sell again and the campaign started - we had two open for inspections each week a total of 8 leading to Auction on 8 August. The campaign found 87 groups inspecting a mighty task for the two agents to handle during Covid restrictions. On the day the heavens opened and the Auction had to be conducted inside - not an easy task to manage in tri level townhouse - handled with great sensitivity by the agents - bidders and their support were only allowed in the house at Auction time. Troy undertook the Auction as we waited in a bedroom! Troy has a delightful Auction manner no beating the chest, no hurry to knock it down and we believe he achieved a fair and most acceptable price. Phyllis from the outset was not pushy but very clear about what the way forward was. She also had to deal with my 92 year old father who is hard of hearing and set in his ways. We were selling our family home of 50 years so was a very emotional time for us all. He also lives in Queensland so meant regular updates from her. She managed all that superbly. At no stage did we or he feel she pushed or did anything other than what we asked. She was also a very effective communicator with great listening skills. Did everything we asked, gently advised where necessary and kept us up to date. 5 stars.
