Lied to me a number of times. I made an offer before auction and she laughed at my offer and did not pass it onto seller. However, in the end I got the property cheaper than my original offer. Phyllis's auction was appalling, only I turned up. I made an offer, she then yelled in my face in front of a bunch of witnesses for me to increase my price. As a buyer every time I saw her she seemed like she was in a panicking state, I felt sorry for her. But knew that if I stayed strong I could get a great buy, which I did. However, I stopped feeling sorry for her until I found out she lied about the story of her sellers and the abuse I received from after I purchased the property. In the end I believe I picked up a great house for the price but if I was the seller I would have been disgusted with Phyllis's efforts, she's very judgemental. Sellers and buyers be careful!
