It was a pleasure dealing with Phyllis and her team. Great communicators - always kept us up to date on everything. Very understanding and patient, and was on top of everything, which really lessened the stress for us. Highly recommended! My only suggestion is that if they could make sure that the vendors/ trades that they recommend are also in top form and have a can-do attitude. Our cleaners were not the best (we didn’t realise they weren’t going to clean the tile grout as they promised to clean everything in the house, and the bathroom shower screens weren’t very clean at the bottom). Also the building inspectors were really very slow and even after many weeks the report given to us was not updated (they fixed this straight away).
