As a purchaser in a hot market I have seen Ms Poly Schultz s exemplary communication skills..and her actively listening abilities . It’s quite the skill knowing when to engage the sales pitch.. but balancing it with let the property speak for itself . In my opinion ,a less is more approach is an effective sales tool. Her personal integrity is outstanding . She clearly was looking out for the vendors best interests as well as engaging the purchaser . Having bought and sold a number of properties, I was impressed with her conduct.. I was inclined to offer more as a result , to close the deal.
