I first met Prash at a home open that he was conducting and was very impressed with how he engaged with me as a potential buyer. At this time we were looking at putting our house on the market with another agent but when Prash offered to do a free appraisal for us I thought why not. Prash came to do the appraisal and I was very impressed! He came with all of the market research of the area and was able to provide his appraisal on the day and also his recommendation of how best to market our property to gain maximum traction in the market. We discussed the options of auction versus a conventional sale and he presented me with options for both of these at the time of the initial appointment. Prior to engaging Prash as our agent he was very engaging, provided excellent follow up but at no time did I feel pressured to go with him. This combined with his professionalism and obvious knowledge of the industry ultimately led to us choosing Prash as our agent and deciding on auction as our best option. Throughout the entire process Prash and his team were excellent - he provided excellent feedback, responded to queries in a timely fashion and ultimately achieved multiple offers on the property prior to auction - one of which we accepted. We can not thank Prash enough for his hard work and dedication in selling our house and I have no hesitation in recommending him to potential sellers (and buyers!).
