Qiao is the most hard working agent I have seen, she would spend any time talking to you on your questions and concerns even at night. There was a period of time where I spent 1 to 2 hours talking to Qiao on my Property every night and she was very patient. Definitely recommend her.
Qiao telephoned me mid last year to enquire whether I would be interested in selling my Melbourne apartment. I replied that I wasn't sure unless I could get $600,000 and that anyway the apartment was leased until early 2019. She emailed me pictures of others she had sold, albeit for less and politely kept in touch through the year. Of course when I did decide to sell, it was only Qiao I called; it was almost as if it should be hers to sell. She decided an auction would be the best approach in the current falling market (guide price $550,000 to $600,000) and that we should invest in re-carpeting and repainting and call in the stylists for marketing photos. She seemed to work her magic on a number of buyers, who no doubt found Qiao as charming (and persistent) as I did. Within a couple of weeks it was sold and the auction cancelled.
Qiao was super helpful in helping me find and buy my property. She was refreshingly transparent and kept me well-informed the whole way through by providing honest advice with excellent communication. It’s what you’d expect from a reputable agent/company.
