Gave a realistic range of price for a sale and was able to negotiate up for this lovely unit. Was able to negotiate with leasing agent, tenants, vendor and clients, keeping everyone in the loop and sorting potential problems as they arose, and most importantly I think everyone is happy. We have been completely happy with the result and the experience and would definitely use Qiao again. The purchaser should be very happy with this unit that has been part of our family history for the last ten years.

From the second I met with Qiao, I knew I was on a winner. She told us exactly what we needed to do to get the apartment ready for sale, and promised us she'd get a good price quickly if we listened to her. Well, we (begrudgingly) did what she said - painted, carpeted, fake furnitured etc) and Qiao sold it BEFORE the first open inspection!! As an unexperienced seller, I was very thankful to have an agent who was experienced, confident and passionate about their job. We had many discussions before the campaign started around strategy and direction, and Qiao's insights and explainations really helped me make a decision about what how i wanted to sell the property. Qiao worked extremely hard and covered all bases to get as many people interested in the property, and always endeavoured to take them through and show them what they might miss out on! She had a great understanding of the CBD and nearby areas, and ensured that she was always in contact with potential buyers and getting in touch with people from her contact list from other inspections and sales who might be interested. Throughout the whole process, she kept me constantly updated and informed about the progress of the campaign, the amount of interest and information on potential buyers.
