Firstly, what's impressive about Qiao is that she clearly *gives a damn* about doing a good job. Because I use a wheelchair I had a very particular kind of property I was after so I could reno it for access, and needed to organise a few different site visits prior to formally purchasing the property. She sorted it out without any drama and even came back with options. Beyond that, when a first purchase fell through, she went far above and beyond to find something else for me that also fit my needs - and turned out even better. Qiao just "gets it". She's human, she is honest and upfront, and super flexible. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

Happy with Qiao just bit unhappy with previous owners. Apartment slightly unclean, refrigerator unclean and turned off at back requiring removal of fridge from cabint fixing. Unsure why because turning off at main switch would have been fine. Lights bulbs missing or not working in most rooms but not sure if that is the norm.
