What can i say!!! What an amazing agent Rachael has been . I don't i can recommend her anymore , her service , the way she handle the deal ,but most of all her people skills and the way she was able to communicate with both sides us the buyers and also her clients the sellers was great , we always knew we were on the same page and also always knew if we had a question she was just a phone call away. Can't speak high enough of Rachael's efforts to help my wife and me move on to the next housing phase of our lives. Not only did Rachael negotiate a great price for our place it enabled us to move to something newer and with a reasonably small mortgage. We could not have done that if our house did not sell or near the price we needed. At times the process behind the scenes appeared to drag but when we received that call that all finances had the green light it was all systems go. We have only moved twice in 40 years so are not well versed in the paperwork and procedures which are involved in buying and selling. But Rachael explained the ins and outs very well and was always energetic and upbeat in her calls and communications. As we write this we are about to go through the physical side of moving furniture, saying goodbye to more stuff and cleaning up. Hopefully we will enjoy our new place and hope the family moving to our old place have a lot of fun.
