For the last 6 months I have been dealing with lots of different agents. Rachael was the only one who showed genuine interest in our needs. She was also very pleasant and co-operative to deal with.
Nothing was too hard for Rachael, she was knowledgeable and efficient through the whole buying process. Great to have an agent answer their phone always (even on the first call!) or get straight back.
My wife and I have gotten an acceptance from a vendor for the property of No.23 San Marco Quays, Halls Heads. This would not be possible if Rachael Shaw, didn’t work hard and promptly in the processing of buying as wonderfully as she did. We are very pleased as to how she was so considerate as to help us by taking up her time that she could’ve been spending with her family. Rachael and I have been in contact since 24 Jan 2022 which includes the online site inspection, offering, negotiation and through the successful acceptance of purchasing. We live in Sydney and this is our first investment property. Rachel has assisted us beyond her work and explained all the queries that we wanted to know. We really appreciate Rachael’s hard work and instant actions. We would like share this with everyone to acknowledge her ethic of being a professional real estate agent.
RACHEL IS CREDITTO HERSELF AND THE REAL ESTAE INDUSTRY AND HAS PROVIDED US OUTSTANDING SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH CONTRACTS IS PAR EXCELLENCE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO DOING A LOT OF BUSINESS WITH THIS HIGHLY SKILLED PROFESSIONAL LADY IN COMING YEARS
I was lucky enough to have Rachel as an agent for the home I purchased. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was ever a problem. She was prompt and went the extra mile for me. I definitely recommend her as your agent if you are looking at selling your property.
Rachel was professional from the outset, my wife and I found her a great communicator and very enthusiastic. We were very happy with the whole process from start to finish and will recommend her to our network.
Fantastic , really listens, patient and keeps in touch through process of selling, and buying. Definitely Recommend Rachael Shaw
We are excited to be purchasing a property from Rachael. She has been very attentive and has followed up on all of our queries. In addition, she guided us through the process of purchasing from interstate, and no query was too difficult for Rachael. We would be happy to buy from her again or engage her services for selling in future.
Rachael has been a star in the sale of our property and made the hole process fast and efficient, well done Rachael, If we could give another star we would. We would certainly choose Rachael and the team at Harcourts Mandurah if we had another property to sell. Once again, job well done.
Would highly recommend Rachael when it comes to selling in mandurah. Great knowledge of everything happening in the local area. On the ball with knowledge of the current housing market. Communication and friendliness are Rachael’s biggest assets when it comes to selling my house.
Rachel is very informative and kept updated on developments Rachel is a credit to the realestate industry and a valuable asset to harcourts Keep up the good work mate
