Thank you Rachael for a great service in selling our block of land. It was a pleasure dealing with you. We found you to be friendly and approachable at all times. You were professional and efficient in all our dealings. All the best!
Racheal is a diligent agent with a professional and approachable manner. Her strong communicative skills makes the difference. Thank you for making our recent purchase go smoothly Rachael.
As we live remote and were unable to view the property first hand, Rachael was kind enough to give us a walk through using a video call. She gave us her honest opinions of the condition of the property and shared her local knowledge of the area. Rachael was always contactable and very prompt with her responses to our many queries, and was a pleasure to deal with.
Realistic pricing, rapid updates and attention to detail, resulted in accepting one of two offers at first open house, three weeks after listing.
Market knowledge excellent, very professional and reassuring.
Rachael sold our block easily and came to us with a price we were happy with
We found Rachael very helpful as we are new to the area she went out her way to organize things for us she was sincere in her marketing skills we have told our friends one of whom will be using her when they are ready to sell their home in the Mandurah area

Rachael and indeed all the Harcourts' staff have been more than helpful. A very professional team! Pleasure doing business with you!
We have found Rachael to be very pleasant and professional to deal with. We are in our 60's and have lived on our property for 30 years so haven't been familiar with the real-estate game until now so we had so many questions on what to do next....she was always very polite and answered what she could and emailed us relevant information that was really helpful. Thankyou Racheal
