I would highly recommend contacting Rachael if you are looking to purchase a home. I found her to be receptive to my needs and she was able to find properties with my preferences but also within my budget. Communication was great and she kept me updated when there were issues or delays and nothing was too much trouble for her. Rachael has a solid understanding of Mount Isa and I found her open and honest when talking about the market without using scaremongering tactics to push me into making a purchase. I will definitely be using her if I am looking for future properties.
