She was keen, interested and compassionate, as she was also very aware that this was a difficult and reluctant sale for us. Her communication was amazing, with many of her phone calls to update us being in the evenings and on the weekend - outside her normal work hours! The sale price she achieved for us was almost spot on with our expectations and the sale was also within the short time frame that we had hoped to sell in.
