I am always cautious about realestate agents as in my experience they promise the world and deliver sweet little. Rachel is the exception. I found her to be very honest and she demonstrated considerable integrity. For many agents the solution to your house not selling is to immediately suggest you drop the price - Rachel never asked me to do this. She worked extremely hard and communicated very regularly and gave me salient advice.
