Working with Rachel the last few months has been great, has felt more like working with a friend rather then an agent !! Rachel made the whole journey of selling my property a breeze and always answered any of my questions quickly and in layman's terms. Her work ethic is astounding and the final sales price far exceeded my expectations. Rachel is definitely the best in the business and I could not recommend her enough !!

Let's make this simple... Friendly - yes Listens to what you want - yes Understands the market - yes Keeps you up to date - yes Works to get you the best price - YES! If we ever buy or sell in her area again, we won't be using anyone else...

Husband and I were first time investors and the overall experience with Rachel was delightful and we felt well looked after. Rachel has a very welcoming persona and is available to promptly answer any queries we had

We have recently purchased a property through Rachel. Rachel made the whole experience easy as possible. Being out of towners she helped us understand the market, was very knowledgeable and professional along the way. We would 100% use Rachel to sell our property once that time comes.

Rachel was a very welcoming and had a great personality while i was in the process of purchasing my first home.

Rachel had me with my first advertisement flyer not long after we purchased our property. But then continued to follow up with constant contact. So when the day came to sell, Rachel was my first thought. Then boy did she deliver. So easy to communicate with and was straight to the task at hand. Excellent service from amazing people. Just a positive attitude with experience to back it up. Once again thank you Rachel Hobbs.

Rachel is the first agent I have dealt with that truly went out of her way to achieve us a great price and timely sale of our home. Great with communication and just a really lovely person! Thank you Rachel!

Rachel was great to deal with, from start to finish she kept me in the loop the whole way. She achieved an off-market sale to an existing buyer from her database which resulted in a street record sale. Thank you Rachel!

Rachel definitely knew her market area and was very professional yet friendly in her approach. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in contact so we knew what was happening. Rachel explained each step and provided guidance based on her experience and knowledge. Thank you for being there on our journey Rachel!

Rachel,Jen and her whole team was absolutely amazing! A very pleasant experience in such stressful times! From the first day up until settlement which was only a short 18 days,Rachel was a dream to work with, had great ideas, knew how the market is going and what to do to capture the right buyers. Her lovely attitude made this process SO delightful and a great experience as a first time seller,no horrors needed! I can't thank Rachel and her team for the hard work,I can see why she is rated the best agent! 5 stars! Will definitely recommend 😊

Rachel is one of a kind. She will get you the best price and after all that is what you want. She is professional, makes herself available and keeps you informed as the selling process progresses. Rachel knew the area and was able to liaise with everyone involved in the selling process. Thank you for your help in selling my property.

I cannot thank and recommend Rachel enough, she went above and beyond what a Real Estate Agent should even do when selling a house. She is an energetic go getter who doesn't muck around . She was supportive, open and honest as well as caring throughout the whole ordeal. If you want the best agent and possible financial outcome for your home don't waste your time with anyone else get Rachel Hobbs as your agent.
