She arranged everything to do with the sake including organising contractors to upgrade fire alarms , building and pest inspections, she arranged open homes, private inspections to worked around my schedule…. Selling a property seems to always have a myriad of issues highlighted, particularly so with a rental property interstate. When deciding to sell our property we were no exception. A host of issues from inadequate cleaning to neglected maintenance, and some structural issues. Frustratingly some of these were due to poor management by another agency. What delighted us was that Rachel methodically highlighted all the potential obstructions to a sale and then proceeded to arrange for very cost effective tradesmen to rectify the essential items and even took on some of the cleaning tasks herself in order to accelerate and ensure a successful sale.
