I can not speak highly enough of Rachel. My partner and I went through the process of selling our townhouse and buying a house while my partner was 9 months pregnant. During the process of buying and selling we had our baby which had the potential to add an extra layer of chaos to what could have already been a very stressful time. However Rachel’s ability to go above and beyond, not only with selling our place but all the assistance with buying our new place as we had simultaneous settlement was invaluable.
