It is pleasure to work with Rachel Hobbs and she did a wonderful job for us start from the beginning. Our property was in the market for few days and had private inspection just before open house. Even before three weeks Our house was sold. What else we can expect. Great job. Rachel Hobbs market knowledge is exceptional.

From our first conversation Rachael won my confidence with her knowledge, professionalism and very approachable personality. She gave sound advice & patiently waited for us to be ready for the sale as we had works to be completed. Rachael worked hard throughout the entire process to ensure a fantastic result. Definitely a superstar who we highly recommend.

I can not speak highly enough of Rachel. My partner and I went through the process of selling our townhouse and buying a house while my partner was 9 months pregnant. During the process of buying and selling we had our baby which had the potential to add an extra layer of chaos to what could have already been a very stressful time. However Rachel’s ability to go above and beyond, not only with selling our place but all the assistance with buying our new place as we had simultaneous settlement was invaluable. We met with multiple agents who all seemed very good before we settled with Rach and I am so glad we did. I genuinely can’t count the amount of times we were blown away by the level of service Rachel provided. Her communication with us during the process and how she always made herself available to answer general questions was phenomenal. It wasn’t like dealing with an agent but more like dealing with a friend. We explained the price we needed to hit for the sale of our property, in order to make everything work with the purchase we wanted to make. She smashed this aspect out of the park. We had a very short turn around to have our property sold after signing our contract for the property we wanted to purchase and again Rachel rose to the occasion and went above and beyond, organising open homes on weekends and also making herself available for weekday viewings when it became obvious we would lose a weekend of open homes with Cyclone Alfred. Both my partner and I are extremely satisfied with Rachel’s service and grateful for her knowledge and experience. I can safely say none of our sale or purchase journey would have been possible with out Rachel and the lengths she went to and how hard she worked for us. Ten out of ten would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel on the sale of my property in Edens Landing, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Rachel made the entire process seamless and stress-free. One of the standout qualities of Rachel is her responsiveness. No matter what time I reached out with questions or concerns, she were always quick to respond, providing clear and thoughtful advice. Her deep understanding of the local market conditions in Edens Landing was evident throughout our discussions, and I felt confident in her expertise every step of the way. Rachel also offered practical advice that helped position my home in the best possible light, ultimately leading to achieving the best price. Her ability to navigate the complexities of the market while keeping everything on track was invaluable. What really stood out to me, however, was Rachel's integrity and professionalism. She is trustworthy, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks to her guidance and hard work, the sale of my property met all of my expectations. I’m so impressed with the results that I’ll be working with Rachel again for the sale of another property. If you're looking for an agent who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly cares about delivering results, I highly recommend Rachel.

After dealing with a few other agents for weeks, Rachel has definitely made my buying process and breeze! Rachel has excellent knowledge of the market and is a great communicator, always making our needs a priority. Extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely recommend Rachel to anyone buying a property!

Rachel Hobbs is hands down the most underrated player in the game, she gave me all the confidence I needed to place my house on the market knowing I would receive exactly what it’s worth. Rachel had exceptional knowledge of all market areas, was able to answer all questions without hesitation, provided me with all necessary information and more regarding my property, what everything means and the process that it would take. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure a quick sale of my home and made sure I had everything I needed, she would answer all messages/phone calls and responded to my emails in a timely manner, Rachel will always be the number one choice for all my future property’s from buying to selling and even renting I could not recommend her enough she is amazing :)

I have bought and sold lots of properties, but this is the 1st time I really felt the agent was working for ME. Rachel has fantastic knowledge of the market and a easy going style that made the whole process simple and stress free. Not only did our property sell quickly but it sold above our own estimate Rachel exceeded our expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
