Best real estate experience. We have bought and sold many properties and Ned has been awesome. Such and long list of good things to say about Ned. She is honest, efficient and professional. Ned was so friendly, helpful, down to earth and easy to get along with. Ned's experience and expertise of the real estate industry made the process so easy and seamless. We would highly recommend Ned to everyone.
Had a buyer get cold feet and then within 5 days Ned had a new contract signed at a better price then the first.

We had the pleasure of working with Rachel "Ned" MacLeod-Paterson as the buyers, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From our first interaction, Rachel was professional, transparent, and incredibly responsive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her deep knowledge of the market, proactive communication, and willingness to go the extra mile ensured we had all the information we needed at every stage of the purchase. She was always available to answer our questions, provide timely updates, and facilitate smooth negotiations, making what can often be a daunting process feel effortless. Rachel's commitment to both the buyer and seller’s needs was evident, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and a personal touch. We truly appreciate her efforts and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Rachel, for making our home-buying journey such a positive experience!
Never met a real estate agent as thorough, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help the buyers and seller.
Rachel Ned MacLeod- Paterson was recommended to me from a buying group based in Sydney NSW. From the very first conversation her meticulous attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire selling process truly impressed me and instilled a great confidence that I had been gifted a wonderful sales consultant. She put so much care and thought into every task, keeping me updated on any changes both before and after each step of the way through the whole process. It would have been impossible without her skill and knowledge of the industry. It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Rachel Ned MacLeod- Paterson Sales Consultant LJ Hooker Property South West WA. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Steve
