From guiding us through our pre-sale renovation with some awesome tips, to her creativity in marketing the property and finally in securing a great buyer, she certainly went above and beyond at every step of the way. Ned was great to deal with, and went above and beyond when it came to getting the keys. A house that was not left in the most pristine of conditions, Ned and her assistant got the gloves on and got to cleaning, something I certainly didn't expect.
