Ned was great to deal with, and went above and beyond when it came to getting the keys. A house that was not left in the most pristine of conditions, Ned and her assistant got the gloves on and got to cleaning, something I certainly didn't expect. The buying process and contract negations were simple, straightforward and transparent. I knew where I stood the entire time, which made for an easy settlement period.
Ned gave us the correct advice and worked in our best interest She kept in touch with us throughout the whole process
Throughout my process with Ned I was highly impressed. Great communication, personalised service and great understanding. Ned went out of her way to make every moment of buying my first home very special. Ned was great at answering all of the million questions. When I moved in Ned was sure to check in how I was going with my move and making sure I was happy with everything. I loved the service I received from Ned and hope to deal with her in the future.
I can't thank Ned enough for her expertise & professionalism. Ned really does go above & beyond. I used Ned for buying the property & selling it. Would highly recommend. 10/10.
Selling through Ned was great! She was very accommodating and made the process feel less transactional especially at key handover! Also helped us with our buying process, even though it was for another agent! thank you Ned!
Ned went above and beyond to help us secure a property in Eaton while we were still in NSW.
Great to have Ned present our property for sale. Always made herself available when we had questions and offered invaluable advice with our renovations and presentation of our home. We had a few last minute hiccups which Ned handled promptly so we could settle on time. Ned also achieved a price above our expectations. Many thanks Ned!
Ned went above and beyond and put in so much effort to communicate with us and share her professional advice to ensure buying our own home is a smooth experience. She’s perfect for those getting into the market for the first time but local and experienced enough for those who have been buying or selling for longer. She really did make this new adventure so much better, her bright outgoing yet fierce personality made this feel more homely than just a mere business transaction.
Ned sold us our first home, she was a pleasure to deal with 👏🏻 Ned was honest and super knowledgeable! We had a lovely experience from start to finish 😊 Thank you Ned 🏡
I’ve worked with many real estate agents over the years and Ned is one of the best in my opinion. Honest, professional and helpful above all expectations. If only more agents were more like Ned the world would be a better and less stressful place.
We had the pleasure of working with Ned to sell our investment property. With her expertise on the current market, we were able to get the most amazing result with well over the asking price and on the first home open. We would highly recommend Ned to anyone wanting to sell or looking to purchase.
I am a repeat customer of Ned’s Her customer service and knowledge of the current market is amazing, always keeping me up to date the moment something happens 👌 Highly recommend
