Rachael was always quick to let me know who had viewed my property and what their comments were. It enabled me to be realistic about what the final result was likely to be.

It was such a pleasure to meet Rachael from day 1. When I rang Rachael and told her I am interested in seeing the property (which we eventually bought) and explained to her the fact that I work in the City and only have time to view the property after 6.30pm, she made no hesitation and was very happy to allow us to inspect the property late as 7.00pm. Rachael is well mannered in every aspect, great people skills, listened to our requirements and was able to speak to us at a personable level which made me realize her Stirling nature. She allowed us time to think and make a decision of the purchase, unlike some others whom we consulted when 'house-hunting'. Racael is a great asset to Ray White. This is the second house we bought from Ray White! Rachel was very easy to deal with, she emailed the section 32 immediately, got onto the owners right away with any questions I had and followed up promptly prior to auction as well as after the purchase which made it a smooth transaction. Rachel was understanding and respectful of my families needs during the time of selling the house I was renting.
