Rae’s presentation of what she & her company could do was super & her advice on how to prepare & present the property for sale was excellent- resulting in a very quick sale & a much higher price than first thought with multiple offers. Rae’s professionalism in how she handled both sellers & buyers was fantastic with a very open book to both including a pre - building inspection provided to both parties - I would recommend this approach to anyone buying a property & is a great initiative of Rae… buying or selling I could not recommend Rae highly enough - score out of 10 would be 20 !!!
