Raj sold our property well below both the appraised price and the market value that was initially promised. The overall conduct was highly unprofessional. The house was presented in an unclean condition during inspections until we explicitly requested it be cleaned. Inspection times were often limited to just 10 minutes, and on several occasions we were told that no one attended, only for this to later change. After these inspections, the approach shifted to repeatedly degrading the condition and value of the property to justify selling it at a significantly lower price than the market. Just to make their commission the don't care people life saving assets to sell cheap. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and not the level of service or integrity we expected. It has been the most horrible experience we have had with an agent.
Sold my house well below the market by being well manipulated. Not caring at all about vendor’s instruction regards to advertising though advertising fees has been paid by vendor. Big mistake trusting them. So disappointing.
