Raj has been super helpful through our journey from becoming the highest bidder to the final settlement date. He has been very accommodating to our requests and cleared all our queries with patience, during the inspection phase and also after the bidding process. It has been a very stress-free and wonderful experience of working with Mr Raj.

Raj and Sean are simply the best agents we have dealt with. They are whole heartedly committed to their client's best interest and absolutely go out of their way to maximize benefits. We would recommend them to anyone looking to transact their real estate and looking for the best results.

Raj and his team respond quickly, always supporting with good service

I recently had the pleasure of working with Raj and Anoop as my real estate agents, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with their exceptional service and the outstanding result they achieved. Raj and Anoop displayed a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. They took the time to listen to my needs and they had a clear understanding of what I was looking for in the sale of my home. One of the standout qualities of Raj and Anoop was their proactive and timely communication. They promptly answered my calls, responded to emails, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I recommend Raj and Anoop to anyone in need of a reliable, responsive, and results-driven real estate team.

We purchased a land in regional NSW from him. Due to the seller's tricky/challenging situation, different processes were involved during the settlement of the land. However, Raj went out of his way and did more than what was necessary to make the process smooth as possible. We appreciate him for that, and we are happy that we got to deal with him in this purchase.

Laing+Simmons with Raj and his team have done beyond the expected. The experienced and journey with the team was overwhelming. From initial valuation until the home has been sold Laing+Simmons guided us and worked hard for it. It is not costly and worth what's been spent. Trust and communication have been the key with the success.

Raj has been fantastic through the entire process. We were on a tight timeline to sell our existing home and purchase our new home. Raj and his team worked day and night to make it all happen. Thank you guys! 😊

Dear Raj, Thank you so much for your help with selling our home. You made the process simple and easy to understand and guided with each step. I also appreciated your patience and expertise at same time maintaining privacy due to my current situation. Your insight was extremely valuable to me and I wish the best for you and your team!!

Raj is having professional attitude without considering that someone is buyer or seller. If the buyer has genuine concerns he got that sorted out.

Impressed with the commitment and turn around time of Raj from the start to the end of purchase is really quick which is highly appreciative. Always the communication is clear and always customer friendly. Highly recommendable person, will definitely refer him for my friends

Selling our home worth Raj Mangat has been fantastic. He is very friendly and professional, got great price for our property , will recommend him for sure .thank you so much for your wonderful service!

Raj was completely in touch with the market with professional attention to detail. Yet when with me and family members he kept in touch with being "one" with us. Even with today's real estate competition Raj kept grounded and was extremely sincere which I call GOOD OLD FASHIONED SERVICE. The TRUST between myself and Raj was apparent from day one. I can truthfully call him a friend. He got the sale done with no worries and, yes, I will recommend Raj to anyone.
