I’ve only ever bought one house and sold one house, and on both occasions it was through Ray. When I first met Ray through the buying experience, he shared so much of his knowledge on not just the house but the area as well. I looked at a few houses in the area and bought one of the ones listed with Ray. After telling him that I wanted to renovate it, Ray then shared so many contacts with me to get the job done. Fast forward a few years later and when it was time to sell, I knew who to call. Ray still had my number in his phone - which didn’t surprise me. He doesn’t forget faces or people and he creates lasting relationships with the clients he deals with. There were still a couple of jobs to be done around the house before getting on the market so Ray told me exactly what he thought needed to be done without blowing the budget. When those final touches were done, Ray enlisted an incredible photographer to ensure the photos on the listing captured how beautiful the house was. Once on the market the weather gods were not kind. During every single open there was a storm. I don’t mean rain, I mean, a storm. Ray had to check the weather updates and move opens around in the end, sometimes with hardly any notice. He moved to private viewings and with those final pushes, the house was sold for exactly what I expected (which was a great price).
