Our family had long sung Ray's praises for years before we had the need to engage & I had loosely met Ray in that process and was left with a positive 1st impression for his enthusiasm and zest for his industry and wanting only the best for his clients. Fast forward 2+ years and Ray was the only choice for us in selling our apartment in St Leonards. During those years Ray kept us informed on recent sales & sales records he had achieved in our apt bldg knowing that we had a keen interest. Even though we kept in touch we never felt bombarded or intruded with his text messages. It was these texts that strengthened our resolve that we trusted Ray, liked Ray and more importantly felt completely confident that he was going to get us the absolute best price. We reached out to Ray that we had plans to sell but were still in the process of freshening up the apt so we werent quite ready. Ever present, Ray contacted prospective buyers from his network and with one off-market showing we sold the apt for a record price in a declining market. Was I surprised, not overly. Was I appreciative of Ray's expertise, knowledge & unwavering ability - a resounding yes! The thing about Ray is he's likeable, but above all he's exceptional at selling real estate!
