Ray has a good data base and kept in touch at his best ability even when we were overseas . He always returned calls as soon as he could where some business"s dont ring back or forget too . I am very pleased with the service Ray provided. He was a bit unsure he could reach the price I wanted but, in the end, achieved $5K more than I asked him to get !!. He kept me informed along the way & it was not a straight forward sale as the buyers kept asking for extensions.
