We decided to sell with Ray Murphy as we had heard a lot of great reviews. So we thought we give him a go. From the moment we met him we knew he will do a good job. And we were really impressed how dedicated he is with his job. No matter how small our property/value it was he was more than willing to work for us to achieve the outcome we wanted. We appreciated his constant communication on a daily/weekly basis on how hour property was going.

Ray was able to sell my unit that had previously been with another agent for the last three years. Other agents estimated a price $15K what we sold for and told us that was all they would expect to sell the property for. We had three offers during the sale process whereas previously, we only had one offer during the three years when the property was for sale with a different agent.
