We decided to sell with Ray Murphy as we had heard a lot of great reviews. So we thought we give him a go. From the moment we met him we knew he will do a good job. And we were really impressed how dedicated he is with his job. No matter how small our property/value it was he was more than willing to work for us to achieve the outcome we wanted. We appreciated his constant communication on a daily/weekly basis on how hour property was going.

Ray was able to sell my unit that had previously been with another agent for the last three years. Other agents estimated a price $15K what we sold for and told us that was all they would expect to sell the property for. We had three offers during the sale process whereas previously, we only had one offer during the three years when the property was for sale with a different agent. I bought the property last year in August and I ask RAY for condition report of the property, he was telling me different story before settlement and did not provide me with that report. After settlement when the tenants move in he send me letters with few different things to fix. I told him that it is his responsibility as a agent to tell me what is the problem before settlement. I did not want to loss the tenants and I fixed that problem which cost me nearly $1000. I complain to the solicitors which was recommended to me by Ray and she did not done anything, I went to see her in her office before I come back to Sunshine Coast she told me she will talk to Ray and call me back , and from August last year till today she never call me back. This is warning to other buyers not to trust Ray Murphy and make sure you got all documents before settlements.
