During the purchase process Ray was helpful however when we settled on the property and discovered 1 day in that the central heating did not work we called Ray to ask him to follow up with the vendor to maybe help with the $2000 it cost to repair the system we didn't hear back. Very disappointing we would not use this agent in the future.
