As a foreigner, a non- Australian resident with little knowledge of Melbourne property market, I was very lucky to have Raymond and his team as my agent. I was unable to come to Melbourne early to prepare the house for sale due to health issue. The house then was in a bad shape with stuffs piling up in the house and garage from the previous occupants and was dirty indeed. Raymond and Anthony helped to tackle all problems, almost from A to Z ! They helped arrange for different parties to clean, repair,, paint, evacuate, change carpet, rent furniture to decorate and even carry out garage sale ! On top of those, Raymond provided me with information on conveyancer, solicitor, power supplier etc and guided me every step of the way right until auction and settlement. Through their extra efforts, the house underwent a facelift and turned into a lovely, warm and cozy home again. House was sold within a month at a pretty good price despite the sluggish property market. Thank you Raymond and Anthony.
