When we made the recent decision to sell our beautiful property at Fernmount, just outside of Bellingen, the choice of agent for selling was crucial - we wanted the best price but we also needed to sell the property in a timely manner given that I had already relocated to Sydney to start a new job. After meeting with a number of local agents, from the minute that Rebecca entered our home, I knew she was the right choice. Her personal knowledge of the market, backed by the marketing expertise of the McGrath network, made it an clear choice for us - ticking all the obvious real estate boxes. What we didn't anticipate was the outstanding level of personal service that Rebecca provided to us. We held a number of open homes and private inspection appointments and Rebecca was happy to allow potential buyers the time they needed to explore our large home and acreage. She answered every one of my (regular!) phone calls and emails and was available after hours if I needed her to be. We sold our home in record time and for our desired price - but Rebecca's service didn't end there. As I had already moved to Sydney she continued to make herself available for all the required property inspections for the new buyers. Selling a home and relocating is always a stressful, emotional time and this one was no different. Rebecca's always smiling face, calm demeanour and patience were ever present (along with the occasional hug!) and made the job of selling far less stressful. I could not recommend Rebecca highly enough to anyone in the region who is buying or selling.
