We found the whole process took far too long (16 months). We seemed to be handed from agent to inexperienced agent in the early stages of the sale process which ultimately cost us a sale, we believe. Rebecca enthusiastically took over the sale of the property. The sale still took some time and it would have been good for McGrath Real Estate to have thought through some changes to the marketing of the property. Rural properties need to be treated differently to the standard McGrath marketing. Can't say we were happy with the whole process. More relief once sold. Rebecca did a good job and appreciate her efforts over a long period of time.
