Rebecca recently sold my house, I thought she was optimistic in her valuation however she achieved the asking price and I couldn't be happier. She communicated well with me and gave me a 'to do' list. I did much of the required work and saved thousands of dollars. Things that I couldn't do myself, she sought professionals and got multiple quotes to once again save me money. With her connections I never felt like I overpaid for a contractor. She provided a photographer and videographer that make the place look amazing online and attracted large crowds at inspections. I received firm 3 offers and accepted the highest bidder which was at the asking price. This was $50k above my expectations. Happy days!!
