If you want to sell your property use this guy! After doing some research on real estate agents in the area we decided to ask Ric to help us sell our apartment in Bronte. Ric is not your stock standard real estate agent - he is a creative thinker, takes you and your property seriously and is extremely passionate about what he does. Not only does he really know his stuff, but he is sincere and down to earth (he will tell you how it is) and we knew that prospective purchasers would have confidence in him. We knew Ric was prevalent around Bondi having seen his name around for years, but it wasn’t until we met him that we began to understand why he has been so successful. Firstly Ric makes you instantly feel at ease, no matter how stressed you might be feeling (and as most people would know, you can feel very stressed selling). Ric has been selling houses in North Bondi as one of the top agents for as long as I can remember. In his long career, I suspect he has been inside most of the homes in the area. We have been exceptionally impressed with Ric throughout the purchase of our new home.
