The attraction of real estate was simply too strong for Aaron, leaving behind a career in Mechanical Engineering to join the family business in early 2008. Realising a passion for the real estate industry and a talent for negotiation, Aaron committed to attain his full licence as an agent soon thereafter. Over the past decade Aaron has continued to strive for professional excellence, priding himself on understanding his client’s needs, delivering the best possible service, and achieving exceptional outcomes as a result. Qualified with a Bachelor of Administration in HR and Marketing and a 30+ year career in the service industry, Samantha came to real estate a decade ago with the idea of combining her skills in customer service and sales with her passion to embark on her dream profession. As a Hills local for over 28 years, Samantha has forged tremendous relationships due to her friendly nature, community involvement and passion for all things local including netball, football, pony club & the Emerald RSL. Following in her mother's footsteps, Bethany began her real estate career as office Reception and conducted herself in the same professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner our clients have come to expect. With her hobbies in art, music, the outdoors and fashion, she has always taken a keen interest in her clients and enjoys listening to their interests and passions. Possessing an eye for detail you can't help but notice her passion for fashion; her composed manner and her willingness to lend a sympathetic ear when needed. Brennan’s passion for real estate started when he made the move from a small country town in Western Australia to Victoria in 2014. Moving over from a small town to pursue his musical career Brennan became a proud Victorian and witnessed a real growth in the real estate industry. When Covid hit the world in 2020 Brennan decided to use this time to study Real Estate which led to him completing his full real estate license. Brennan started working for Bell Real Estate Emerald and has been happily working under Aaron Day and is loving every minute. Being a member of the bell team for over 3 years now, his passion, and friendly and honest attitude has seen him receive great results.
