Richard is a brilliant agent. We were very satisfied with his and his team’s fantastic job during the whole process. They were very prompt with all communication. Richard was friendly and easy to deal with. Also, we were really happy with the price he sold the house for. And also, it went super fast. Richard’s professionalism will impress you. Would highly recommend him!
Seeing Richard Clucas’ sign boards all around my area was my initial motivation to enlist him as my agent. After my experience having Richard as my agent it consolidated why you see his face everywhere on houses for sale. His team is a well oiled machine leading up to preparing your home for sale and then Richard made the magic literally happen once my home had its first open. I achieved a price I didn’t think possible at the start of my journey. The communication from the team and Richard during the whole process was professional and consistent. I could not praise Richard and his team highly enough and would absolutely re-enlist or recommended him to sell a property.
Richard and his team are second to none when it comes to a quick professional sale. Richard’s local knowledge, vast experience in industry and genuine approach has helped my family reach our dream house. I can’t thank your team enough, I wish there was a special 6th star to select. Thank you Richard, Rachel and Blake!
Richard and his team could not have done more to achieve an excellent and stress free sale. Could not recommend more highly.
Richard is very professional with a warm and friendly personality . During the recent purchase of our unit Richard kept us updated in regard to our offer and answered all phone calls promptly and efficiently. We recently relocated to Perth and we found in a market where there is a shortage of properties and high demand Richard stood out over and above other agents we had contacted . Richard also has a great team working with him .
We have met Richard at home opens over the years and he’s always been professional, helpful, incredibly talented and an industry leader. As soon as we decided to sell our home, it wasn’t even a question which agent we would choose. The entire experience was exceptional from communications, marketing plan and selling strategy. We would recommend Richard, Rachel and Blake to anyone looking for a smooth experience that exceeds all expectations.
We had a wonderful experience with Richard and his team (Rachel + Blake) in purchasing our new home. They were consistently professional and very responsive throughout the whole process. We didn't have an opportunity to negotiate on the purchase price, however this is more a reflection of the current market conditions. Richard and the team made buying a house as easy as it gets!
Richard is simple a gentle caring professional agent. Our experience selling with Richard Clucas was second to none. The process of selling our home met all our needs - Richard was thorough, transparent, the process was made easy, and I was surprised it all happened as we were advised. Contract and documents were streamlined, referrals of settlement agents etc. worked for us, and Richard delivered. It was an enjoyable experience; such I had no hesitation recommending Richard onto friends and family.
Richard and his team all had great communication and kept me informed throughout the process which really gave me the confidence in what each step would entail. They were super helpful with any queries I had & including the final inspection process. I would recommend Richard & Edison McGrath to my friends and family.
All advice was excellent and the home open and follow ups with buyers was excellent. The sale price and interest in the property exceeded our expectations.
Well oiled machine. Everything was organised and communication was excellent. It made the entire experience less stressful.
From start to finish, Richard, Rachel and Blake were a dream to work with. The team worked seamlessly to keep me updated every step of the way, with no question or query I had too much trouble for one of them to answer. The marketing, photographs and write up almost made me question why I was moving! However, it achieved an offer that far exceeded my expectations. Richard's calm and practical manner helped me navigate multiple offers to eventually accept the one that was the best option for me. And the follow up through out the selling process was second to none; I never felt as though I was just another client now that an offer had been accepted. I highly recommend Richard and his team to anyone seeking professional, friendly service from authentic and caring people.
