We came to Richard after an awful experience with a previous agent (not to be named) who promised the world & talked the talk, but could not deliver & did not do due diligence on our offers. We had gone through the heart breaking and frustrating experience of having to pull our place off the market due to the imminent arrival of baby no. 2, after going to all the work of photos, home opens & advertising (pregnant with a toddler in tow!) from no fault of our own, which meant our subject offer fell through on our proposed new family home.
