Richard and his team was so professional. We can’t thank Richard and his team enough for everything they did to get our house in Doubleview. They made the process as stress free as it possibly could have been. Richard listened what we need, and we got the house in a month at this time. Richard was professional. He had communication with us and had the desire to get the dream house for us. Richard and Rachel were so organised and helpful during buying and settlement phases. We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Richard and Rachel would highly recommend this dream team. We were stressed after we sold our house, until we met Richard and his team, we got our dream house finally. Their help is greatly appreciated.

Richard and his team were a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. His professionalism, kind friendly manner and expertise in sales shone through. Richard was always available to answer any queries and his dedication to his job and his clients is outstanding. I would highly recommend Richard and his team!

Had the pleasure of working with Richard, Rachel, and Blake from Edison McGrath to sell our home. From the very start Richard understood exactly what we needed, the communication was always prompt and we felt very informed throughout the process. Their professionalism, dedication and knowledge of the area and the potential buyers were evident in how quickly they sold our property and it was exactly as Richard predicted. Nothing was too hard and I really appreciated all the private viewings as challenging as they might be for the vendor and the agent, but it was one of our values and Richard and Blake were very accommodating. The dream team provided genuine advice without pushing for unnecessary staging, and thanks to their expertise, we secured a great price for our home. Highly recommend this efficient and reliable team! It was stress free, hassle free and just an overall great experience. Cannot recommend Richard, Rachel and Blake highly enough. Thank you!

As a first time home seller, Richard and his team were excellent in patiently sharing the full sale process, highlighting things to look out for, and being clear on expectations along the way. Mostly, the honesty and resourcefulness shown by the team to help 'get things done' to make it easy for us was exceptional. Knowledge of the area played a huge part too. Highly recommended.

Richard was always an open and honest agent and was engaging and easy to work with.

Have been very professional, everything is in order. Excellent at communication between buyer and seller. would highly recommend.

Well if ever there was an Ad for teamwork it’s the professional way Richard and Rachel of team Lucas manage a successful sale from proposal to Settlement Day (today). We always got the right advice at the right time. Stepping us through the process so we didn’t get overwhelmed but were confident throughout. Richard is a Doubleview market guru and always spoke honestly. Rachel made sure we handled all the paperwork efficiently and kept everyone informed. My advice to prospective Sellers (& Buyers) is trust the Team Lucas process. Thanks guys.

Richard and his sales team were very professional and set up good communication methods via text and WhatsApp to keep on top of the sales process to get to a solid outcome with minimal unexpected issues.
