Richard with his extensive local knowledge was easily the leading agent over the previous year. At the time of selecting Richard we were not very aware of the great professional and personable support Richard has to achieve a sale. This is particularly true for Rachel. Although I am also in the real estate industry, I do not give my properties to agents that I know to sell them. Richard gave me a better feeling, was more professional and dedicated, and I was proven right. His eye for detail is breathtaking, he will notice the very smallest detail and make it perfect. At the open home, there was a car parked on the lawn by the side of the road due to an accident, and Richard thought it would affect the feeling of the potential client and did everything he could to get the car out of that spot in the end. There are many other things like this, so I won't recount them all. All in all, the house ended up being priced to our expectations and we were impressed with the meticulous service of Richard and his partner. So we didn't hesitate to refer our best friends, who was also recently looking to sell their house, to them.
