As a first time home seller I found Richard Clucas's knowledge and selling strategies very effective. His professionalism and guidance throughout the selling process was outstanding. I would definitely recommend using him and his service to sell your home.
What an experience!! . Richard was great, approachable and professional in his approach to selling our house. He really cared about our property and it’s features and also our intentions and what wanted to which was very helpful and smooth. Excellent market knowledge of the area. Excellent communication and always prompt to make contact and keep communication ongoing. He is a genuine person and one who loves the area and it’s been great sharing the experience. Thankyou
Richard’s local knowledge of the area and real estate experience is unquestionable. Richard and his offsider Rachel are a dream team. Right from the initial inspection to the day of settlement they kept us informed and went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. Richard is enthusiastic, realistic, transparent and proactive. Richard is an excellent communicator and a joy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending him if you want to sell your property!
Richard and Rachel were the perfect team to sell our home. From the first meeting through to settlement, they showed great professionalism, communication and work ethic. We would be happy to work with them again in the future.
Richard was good, prompt with responding to messages or phone calls, easy going agent, honest and to the point.
Richard has been first class to work with in selling my property. I'm very happy with the result and the advice he gave me which was balanced, professional and delivered in a factual, pleasant manner. The whole process from initial enquiry to settling the property was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend him to any potential seller who is looking for an agent who's at the top of his game.
We came to Richard after an awful experience with a previous agent (not to be named) who promised the world & talked the talk, but could not deliver & did not do due diligence on our offers. We had gone through the heart breaking and frustrating experience of having to pull our place off the market due to the imminent arrival of baby no. 2, after going to all the work of photos, home opens & advertising (pregnant with a toddler in tow!) from no fault of our own, which meant our subject offer fell through on our proposed new family home. So poor Richard, fair play to him, had his work cut out with our expectations second time round. And to say he exceeded them is an understatement. Richard was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and efficient. From the get go, both Richard and Rachel were able to be contacted regularly & our enquiries we’re responded to promptly & with attention to detail. He scored us a fantastic, sound and well researched offer (well, multiple offers!!) beyond what we could have hoped for which made our next family home all that much better for it. Hand on heart, do not go past Richard and Rachel at Edison McGrath, you WILL NOT be disappointed! Client for life. Thanks Richard and Rachel.
Richard was helpful throughout the process and assisted with everything we needed. Cheers
Richard and his team are so organised and professional. They helped me every step of the way and sold my house before it’s official first home open, with the sale price I was happy with. Best experience and after care!!!
Richard and team helped a lot and made the process of buying my first home very seamless. Great communication and nice little touch to have pizzas delivered on my first night.
Richard has great people skills , he is a very good communicator and listens well to his clients . Even when we had a slight misunderstanding at some point, he showed the effort and initiative to rectify it straight away. His assistant Rachel , is an absolute champion. Together they are a really great team. Best experience we had with a residential Realestate agent ever .
This is the second time I have dealt with Richard in the sale/purchase of a property. There is a reason for this, Richard was a very clear communicator and honest person throughout the whole process of selling my home. His attention to detail and willingness to keep me informed and up to date with all the finer details was brilliant. A true professional with great market knowledge and an understanding of my particular requirements.
