Like most people we’re busy and we could not be happier with how easy it wa for us to sell our home. A no-fuss appraisal in December (not specifically for selling at that time) and a follow up from Richard in March because a house nearby had sold for 100K more. We chose Richard for the appraisal because of his rating/sales in the area. He has the purchasers on his books and good to go. We agreed to sell in March, one meeting with Richard to sign up, one unadvertised home open and the property was sold.

We first spoke to Richard in 2020. At that time he suggest a staging of our home, but Covid 19 raised it ugly head and everything went on hold.
