Richard helped the reviewer sell this property

We found Richard to be attentive and extremely responsive

I write in recommendation of Richard Faludi who recently sold our home, 14 Weeroona Ave, Woollahra. The sale was for an undisclosed price, but I think I can safely say we did okay in the end in a difficult market and circumstances, which Richard navigated well. We appointed Richard as he had successfully sold our friends’ house next door a couple of years before, but moreover was prepared to bring buyers through during the Christmas/New Year period when many agents were on holiday. His willingness to sacrifice this time to seek to get us a result immediately impressed us. We found Richard to be attentive, extremely responsive and most crucially, someone with integrity who operated with honesty. We were pleased with how things panned out and would not hesitate to recommend him to you for your campaign. I would happily speak further on his behalf.
