Richard did a very thorough appraisal of the house. No detail had been overlooked. He gave the most constructive suggestions and guiding me through to make the house perfect for the home open . He familiarize himself with all the recent sales in the same area. He explained how he arrived at the asking price . The house was sold 7 days after being on the market at the second home open.
