Richard has good knowledge and outcomes for selling properties in West Perth. I chose him to market and sell my apartment for this reason. Although it took a period of time to sell the apartment due to passive marketing & off the book appointments (my choice) and seeking to receive maximum return, I was happy with the outcome of the sale. The apartment is leased until November 2024 so this was carried over to the buyer meaning I did not need to empty the apartment as the apartment was fully furnished. The whole sale process was seemless and in fact we settled a week earlier than originally planned.
