Richard was realistic on the properties value and what was needed to negotiate with the seller. Assisted greatly to make the sale happen. Despite a difficult seller assisted as best he could with pre settlement inspection. Also helped out when difficulties during settlement occurred.

While other agents tried to persuade me with unrealistically high sales figures and other unpractical requests, Richard was very earnest and always found ways to make things happen.
