As a buyer, my experience with Rick Lombardo was disappointing and fell short of my expectations. The lack of communication forced us to proactively seek information during the 10-week property handover. We felt that the advice provided favoured the seller which was a substantial investment on our behalf. Upon purchasing the house, we were surprised to receive no acknowledgment or token of appreciation, a common practice and a small gesture that makes a big difference. While I understand that real estate transactions can be complex, the level of service we received did not meet our expectations. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in the future.
