I engaged Rick Realty One is the Property Manager for this rental property of mine.I had to sell because this was a negatively geared property and when the bank ended my interest only loan,I had to top up $600.00 per month to pay my mortgage.My cost was $400k in 2006 and I was hoping to get at least $400k in this supposedly a sellers market .I know Rick tried his best but only a few visitors turned up during our home open.We had only 2 offers and the best offer we had was slightly above $380k and we decided to cut lost.His fees was competitive and he did his best.
