Rick and his team sold our lovely apartment in central Fremantle. Rick has extensive real estate experience and set a realistic selling price based on the current market conditions. He communicated following home opens and advised that he would follow up leads on interested parties which he did. Our sale wasn’t straight forward as one of us was overseas and this complicated documents being signed etc. we all persevered and the sale was concluded successfully.
